Emergency prescription assistance program for income eligible (125% of poverty) to elderly and low-income families without insurance.

The client must provide proof of income, current ID and prescription.

For those on a maintenance medicine, we will work with the client to obtain medication for free or at little cost through a pharmaceutical company.

Each client can only be served once in a twelve month period.

This program runs all year if funds are available.
